Directions: A blended mix of herbs that makes for a delicious seasoning for pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce. May also be used to add zest to pasta sauce, to season vegetables, potatoes, and sauces or as a marinade for chicken. Add 1 tbsp. of pizza sauce seasoning to 1 small can of tomato paste in a saucepan; add water to make sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes, adding salt to taste. Use to coat one large pizza.
Ingredients: Onion, garlic, oregano, anise seed, rosemary, green bell pepper, basil.
